Project Description：This project involved a fully automatic integrated coating production line at a large complete vehicle production base in Northwest China. The production line covers all coating process sections, including pretreatment, intermediate coating, topcoat application, drying and curing, and is equipped with complete painting booths, high temperature curing ovens, and a VOC exhaust gas treatment system. The project imposed the stringent requirements on the high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, operation stability, and explosion protection safety rating of ventilation circulation, high-temperature hot air conveying, and negative pressure paint mist exhaust gas collection equipment. The entire production line adopted the complete ventilation solution consisting of centrifugal fans and high-temperature plug fans customized from our company, ensuring the stable coating processes, workshop operation safety, and long-term compliant exhaust gas emissions.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the defect rate of coated finished products decreased from 3.2% to 0.8%, and the pass rate increased by 2.4%, substantially reducing rework and repair costs; the exhaust gas capture and collection rate reached more than 99%, completely preventing the secondary contamination of painted surfaces in the workshop; the replacement costs for spare parts decreased by 60%, effectively accommodating the factory's 24-hour continuous mass production schedule, and ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of production line.
