Project Description：This project involved the comprehensive exhaust gas treatment equipment in the coating workshop of a plastic product manufacturer in the Yangtze River Delta region. The enterprise primarily engages in surface spraying of plastic parts, and the spraying process of the production line continuously generates paint mist, dust, benzene compounds and organic exhaust gas. The original ventilation and exhaust system had insufficient air pressure, poor corrosion resistance, and incomplete exhaust gas collection, resulting in obvious workshop odors and excessive fugitive emissions that failed to meet current air pollutant emission control requirements. The enterprise simultaneously constructed a complete set of environmental friendly spraying and purification equipment. The core exhaust and induced draft equipment was the corrosion-resistant fans customized from our company. In addition, a complete system for exhaust gas collection, purification and compliant discharge system was established, completing the comprehensive environmental upgrade of the workshop.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the workshop spraying exhaust gas collection efficiency increased to more than 98%; the overall energy consumption of the complete environmental protection equipment decreased by 25%; the equipment failure rate decreased by 90%. This significantly reduced equipment operation and maintenance costs and shutdown losses, effectively improved the workshop operating environment, reduced the defect rate of sprayed workpieces, and achieved improvements in environmental compliance, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and safe production.
