Project Description：This project involved the supporting equipment for the comprehensive environmental treatment of a large modern intelligent production line. To treat pollutants, such as process dust and organic exhaust gas, generated during intelligent manufacturing, a complete standardized environmental treatment system was established. Our high-performance Industrial Centrifugal Fans were selected as the power core of the entire environmental treatment system, ensuring the stable and efficient operation for exhaust gas and dust removal, ventilation and purification systems of the production line. This supports the clean, standardized and green production in workshop and fully complies with industrial environmental emission standards and production safety regulations.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the collection coverage of process exhaust gas and fugitive dust increased from 72% before renovation to more than 99.2%; the purification efficiency for workshop dust and organic exhaust gas increased to 98.5%; the annual average equipment operation and maintenance costs decreased by about 30%, effectively reducing environmental treatment operation costs, and achieving the dual benefits of energy conservation, consumption and cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
