Project Description：This project is located in Liaoning and involved a professional automatic spraying production base for automotive parts. The complete production line integrates the pretreatment, automatic spraying, leveling and drying, and exhaust gas purification, and primarily processes surface coatings for various metal automotive structures and exterior parts. The line operates continuously 24 hours a day and imposes stringent requirements for high corrosion resistance, explosion protection, and continuous and stable operation of workshop negative pressure exhaust, paint mist collection, and VOC exhaust gas conveying equipment. The complete exhaust gas induced draft system adopted the customized corrosion-resistant and explosion-proof centrifugal fans from our company as the core power equipment for the ventilation and environmental protection system of the entire coating production line.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the paint mist capture rate reached more than 99%, effectively eliminating the paint mist escape and airflow disturbance. The defect rate of sprayed workpieces decreased by 30%, substantially improving the qualification rate of coated finished parts. Equipment failure rate decreased by 40%, and equipment cleaning, repair and replacement frequency was substantially reduced. This significantly lowered the labor and material costs for equipment operation and maintenance, and ensured the continuous and stable mass production.
